Dr Awal Fuseini holds a PhD in Animal Welfare from the University of Bristol and is an Honorary Researcher at Universiti Putra Malaysia, author, publisher and independent consultant. He previously served at the Halal Food Authority and the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board in the UK.
